Refund & Billing Policy

1) Plans & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically (monthly/annual) until canceled.

2) Trials & Promotions

Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated term.

3) Refunds

  • Change of mind: refunds are generally not provided after renewal.
  • Service issues: if we materially fail to provide the core Service and cannot remedy within a reasonable time, we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
  • Mandatory refunds: we will honor any that are required by law in your jurisdiction.

4) Cancellations & Downgrades

Cancel anytime in the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Usage limits may change immediately.

5) Failed Payments & Chargebacks

We may suspend accounts after failed payment attempts. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension; contact billing@shortnd.com to resolve.

6) Taxes & Invoicing

Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Applicable taxes are added based on your billing address. Invoices and receipts are available in the dashboard.

7) Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted and notified where appropriate.
